The platform organizes the request, quote, collection and reconciliation. Medical care remains the sole responsibility of the provider.

Patient journey
Guidance and quote
Available providers are identified and the preliminary scope is communicated.
Payment method
The quote states whether the patient can use USDC on Solana, card or bank transfer.
Confirmation
CriptoSalud verifies payment and the clinic receives the status before coordinating care.

Clinic journey
Verified provider
Business identity, permits, authorized contacts and settlement destination are checked.
Charge
The clinic selects the authorized service and the portal creates a reference with a protected amount.
Reconciliation
The operation displays gross amount, fee, net amount, method and status.
Settlement
CriptoSalud deposits the net amount to the verified bank destination under the agreement and settlement cycle.
USDC TO BANK CURRENCY
The patient pays in crypto without requiring the clinic to manage crypto.
The option uses USDC on Solana because it tracks the U.S. dollar. Payment is linked to a specific quote; CriptoSalud verifies the on-chain transaction, documents conversion and deposits the clinic's net amount in USD or CRC.
Quote
Amount, network, validity, exchange rate, fee and refund rules.
Receipt
USDC reaches the corporate address shown exclusively for that charge.
Conversion
Value is converted through the available corporate channel and reconciled.
Settlement
The clinic receives its net amount and a receipt with reference, costs and date.
ⓘ The SALUD token is not part of this flow. Investments, token treasury and patient payments are administered separately.

Settlement means delivering the net proceeds of a confirmed payment to the clinic.
